A new leadership addition strengthens well servicing operations at Axis Energy Services. The company has appointed Clay Holland as Vice President of Well Services.
Holland joined Axis in November and oversees well servicing operations across all districts. He leads operational performance, EHS initiatives, and financial execution. He brings more than 10 years of experience in oilfield services.
Leadership Experience in Well Servicing Operations
Holland has built a strong track record managing well servicing teams and field operations. He has held multiple leadership roles across the industry.
Before joining Axis, he served as East Texas Regional Manager at ClearWell Dynamics. In this role, he led regional operations and supported field execution.
He also held several positions at Key Energy Services, advancing from District Manager to Director of Gulf Coast Operations. Earlier in his career, he worked at Halliburton in various operational roles.
Education and Industry Expertise
Holland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Energy, Oil, and Gas Law at Texas A&M University.
His combination of operational leadership and industry knowledge supports Axis’ continued focus on execution, safety, and performance across well servicing operations.
