Axis Energy Services Welcomes Jose A. Garza as Training Manager

Axis Energy Services is pleased to announce that Jose A. Garza has joined the company as Training Manager. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on developing training programs that enhance workforce readiness, reduce operational risk, and support employee growth.

Jose most recently served at the National Institute of Safety Training & Consulting, where he advanced safety and performance through targeted training initiatives. Prior to that, he held roles at Halliburton, partnering with operations leaders to assess training needs, address skill gaps, and implement scalable programs that prepared employees for safe and effective operations.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and holds certifications in training and development, occupational safety, and leadership coaching. His expertise reflects a deep commitment to building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
