Eligibility and Coverage
Full-time employees who work an average of 30 hours per week qualify for benefits. Most coverage begins on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.
Eligible dependents include legal or recognized common-law spouses and children under age 26. Qualifying dependent children age 26 and older with disabilities may also qualify, based on plan requirements.
