Jose most recently served at the National Institute of Safety Training & Consulting, where he advanced safety and performance through targeted training initiatives. Prior to that, he held roles at Halliburton, partnering with operations leaders to assess training needs, address skill gaps, and implement scalable programs that prepared employees for safe and effective operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in business from Texas A&M University\u2013Kingsville and holds certifications in training and development, occupational safety, and leadership coaching.
