At Axis Energy Services, our people are our biggest assets. However, we realize to err is to be human. Therefore, we coordinate a robust HSE program, communicate with our people every day about the importance of identifying and mitigating hazards, and work to empower employees to take ownership of their own safety and that of their teammates.

We also rely on our leaders to create an environment that fosters a learning culture, and on our front-line managers to identify additional ways we can improve HSE performance. These combined efforts resulted in a year of stellar HSE performance in 2022, with Axis achieving a 50% percent reduction in the occurrence of high-severity injuries.

Our goal is to create a work environment that’s tolerant of human error without catastrophic consequences throughout our organization.
