Axis Energy Services is pleased to announce Chris Boone has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. All accounting groups within Axis report directly to Mr. Boone. He leads all accounting, financial planning, and reporting processes and oversees our insurance, treasury, and finance programs.

Mr. Boone’s professional history includes more than 28 years of experience, with more than 13 years in executive leadership roles. Prior to joining Axis, Mr. Boone served as CFO at NESR, a publicly traded energy services company. Previously, he served as Interim CFO at Stratum Reservoir, Senior Vice President and CFO at Tesco Corporation, and Vice President and CFO at Lufkin Industries.

Mr. Boone has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Mr. Boone is based out of our corporate headquarters in Longview, Texas.
