Axis Energy Services, LLC, this week announced that Dirk Lee has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective October 31, 2022. The Board of Directors appointed Ryan Phillips to serve as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Axis. Phillips has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, serving as Executive Chairman since January 2021.

Dirk’s leadership and ‘One Team, One Goal’ focus helped navigate Axis successfully through the pandemic, changes in market conditions, and two successful acquisitions.”
