Axis values safety above all else, so we were incredibly proud this week to be honored by the Association of Energy Service Companies (AESC) for our excellence in safety and HSE. David Etchelecu, our Vice President of HSE, accepted a 2018 AESC Safety Award on behalf of all Axis employees at the association’s meeting in New Orleans.

Axis received the award—based on our Total Recordable Incident Rate—in the Well Servicing Division, Group IV. (Companies are grouped according to total manhours worked.) About 120 companies participate in the annual competition and winners are featured in Well Servicing Magazine, which is published by AESC.
