After the SPN asset acquisition, Axis HR went out in the field to assist new crews through the transition. Zaida Salinas, part of the HR administrative staff, made sure all our newly onboarded crewmembers’ employee-related questions were answered, that they could log into their employee accounts, and reviewed other onboarding tasks.

Zaida was also out in the field in West Texas to grow her operational knowledge and expand her education in P&A operations as part of our Talent for Tomorrow leadership program. She reviewed safety and DOT compliance for the equipment on site as part of her training. Taking pride in everything we do is one of our core values and we demonstrate that by ensuring our teams have the skill sets they need for their jobs. Additionally, ensuring national working conditions align with our core values and our people are the ones who make it happen.
